Overview

What is Agentic AI & Workflow Automation?

An agent is software that takes a few steps on its own. Read the email, pull the record, draft the response, book the thing. Useful, and genuinely different from a chatbot.

Our strong opinion is that most organisations shouldn't start here. Agents amplify whatever process they're pointed at, so pointing one at a broken process gets you broken outcomes faster and with more confidence. If your process isn't documented and your data isn't trustworthy, start with the readiness assessment instead. We'd rather lose the sale than do this one badly.

Where it does fit, we build narrow agents with a human approving anything consequential, and we automate the dull middle of a process rather than trying to replace a whole job. This also covers copilot rollouts, where the hard part is never the licence.

Services provided

A narrow, well-defined agent doing one job properly
Human approval on anything that spends money or touches a customer
An audit trail of what the agent did, and why
Copilots that get used, because someone rebuilt the workflow around them
A clear line between what's automated and what isn't

What the data says

Copilot licences sit unused because the licence was the easy part. The work is changing how the job gets done.

Agents amplify the process they're given. If it's broken, you now have a fast, confident, broken process.

The successful ones are almost always narrower than the ambition that started them.

Why Ganexa

Where Ganexa stands out

We'll talk you out of it when it's wrong. Fixing the process first is often cheaper and always more durable.

Narrow by default. One job done properly beats an agent that half-does five.

A human stays on the brake for anything consequential. Full autonomy is a decision you make later, on evidence.

Everything the agent does is logged in a form an auditor would accept.

How we work together

Your engagement roadmap

Phase 1

Find the dull middle

1–2 weeks

We map the process and pick the boring, well-defined stretch nobody enjoys. That's the bit worth automating.

A scoped candidate and an honest go/no-go.

Phase 2

Build it narrow

3–6 weeks

Build the agent, wire in the approval gate, and log everything it touches.

A working agent with a human in the loop.

Phase 3

Earn the autonomy

Ongoing

Watch where it's reliable. Widen its remit only where evidence supports it, never on principle.

Autonomy granted on evidence, and an audit trail.

Who this is for

Built for where you are

Ops teams drowning in routine

"Three people spend their mornings copying data between two systems."

That's the ideal candidate: well-defined, high-volume, low-judgement. We automate that stretch and leave the judgement alone.

Mornings back, and a record of what happened.

Firms with shelfware copilots

"We bought the licences and nobody uses them."

We rebuild a couple of real workflows around the tool and train on those, rather than running another generic demo.

Usage, because there's finally a reason to.

Deliverables

What you walk away with

One working agent

Narrow, in production, doing a real job with approval gates.

Approval gates

Human sign-off wherever the agent could do something expensive.

Audit trail

What it did, when, and on what basis. In a form an auditor accepts.

Process map

What we automated and, more usefully, what we deliberately didn't.

FAQ

Questions we get asked about Agentic AI & Workflow Automation

What is an AI agent?

Software that takes a few steps on its own: read the email, pull the record, draft the response, book the thing. It is genuinely different from a chatbot, and it amplifies whatever process it is pointed at.

Should we start with agents?

Often not. If your process is undocumented or your data is not trusted, an agent gives you a fast, confident, broken process. In that case the readiness assessment comes first.

Does the agent act fully on its own?

No. A human approves anything that spends money or touches a customer, and every action is logged in a form an auditor would accept. Autonomy is widened only where evidence supports it.

How long does it take to build one?

One to two weeks to map the process and pick the right stretch to automate, then three to six weeks to build the agent with its approval gate and audit trail.
