Overview

What is School Management System?

Most schools run on registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp, and much of what holds them together lives in one person's head. Ganexa School brings admissions, students, attendance, timetables, exams, fees, the books and payroll into one connected system.

Each role sees only its own work. The principal sees strength, collection, who is absent and who is at risk. Class teachers see today's periods, the roll and the marks to enter, not finance. Accounts see invoices, the day's cash and a ledger that balances. Parents see fees, attendance and report cards for their own child only.

It is built to be trusted by the office that runs on it: attendance corrections are logged rather than overwritten, receipts run with no gaps, the ledger will not save unless it balances, and every action goes into an append-only audit log.

What you can do

Keep every child on one record, with guardians, siblings, documents and expiry dates
Run admissions from enquiry to enrolment, with interviews, a weighted merit list and seats per class
Build a timetable that catches clashes as you save and shows who is free for cover
Mark attendance by section list, ID card scan or from the live class
Enter marks, moderate them and produce report cards from the record you hold
Collect fees in plans and instalments, with waivers recorded and receipts in sequence
Keep the school's books, from chart of accounts and bank reconciliation to period close and year end

Insights

What the data says

When admissions, attendance and fees sit in separate registers and spreadsheets, the figures rarely agree and someone has to reconcile them by hand.

A falling mark sheet often shows a problem late. Reading marks and attendance together can show which students are slipping before the term ends.

Fees and the books are where trust matters most. Receipts with no gaps and a ledger that must balance leave less room for error or dispute.

Why School MS

Where School Management System stands out

Four role screens: the principal, the class teacher, accounts and the parent each see only their own work.

Early warning that reads marks and attendance together, with rules rather than an AI subscription.

A full set of books built in, with system accounts posted automatically from fees, bills, payroll and challans.

Controls an auditor would ask for: permissions per action, multi-factor sign-in and an append-only audit log.

Your own terminology, set per school.

Getting started

How it works

Phase 1

Request access

First conversation

Tell us about your school. Access is invited one school at a time, and if it is the wrong fit we will say so early.

A clear yes or no on fit.

Phase 2

Set up with you

Set-up

Boards, classes, fee plans and staff are configured with you, and your existing records are imported.

A live school workspace with your data in it.

Phase 3

Daily operations

Every day

Run attendance, timetables, admissions and fee collection from the role screens.

The day's work done in one place.

Phase 4

Term and year end

Each term

Enter and moderate marks, publish report cards, promote students and close the books.

Results, promotions and accounts closed from one record.

Who it's for

Built for where you are

Principal

"I only find out who is absent or behind on fees when someone tells me."

The dashboard shows strength, collection, who is absent today and who is at risk, and changes as the day goes.

A view of the whole school without chasing the office.

Class teacher

"Attendance, marks and timetable changes all go through different registers."

Today's periods, the roll and the marks to enter sit on one screen, with attendance by section list or ID card scan.

Less paperwork, and no access to finance they do not need.

Accounts office

"Our receipts and our books never quite agree."

Fees post to the ledger automatically, receipts run with no gaps, and the ledger will not save unless it balances.

Books that reconcile, with bank reconciliation and period close built in.
